Refund policy

Yearly plan: 7 days, no questions asked

If you are not happy with the yearly LovDoku+ plan bought on the website, we give you your money back. You have 7 days from the charge to ask, without giving a reason. This covers:

• the first charge of the yearly plan (the 7 days start at that charge, when the free trial ends);
• every yearly renewal.

How to ask

Write to info@myaicorp.com from your account email and tell us which purchase you want refunded. We refund the full amount to the same payment method; the money usually arrives within a few days, depending on your bank. When the subscription is refunded LovDoku+ is switched off.

Monthly plan and packs

The monthly plan is not refunded, neither the first month nor renewals, but you can cancel any time and you will not be charged again. LovDoku+ stays active until the end of the month already paid.

Narrator packs are not refunded: the audios are delivered immediately and, when you buy them, you agree to that immediate delivery and waive the right of withdrawal.

In-app purchases

If you bought in the app, Apple or Google charged you, and refunds are requested from them under their rules (App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: from your order history).

Problems

If something you paid for does not work, write to us at any time: we fix it or refund you.
