Who sells

LovDoku is a service of My AI Corporation SRL, tax ID (RNC) 1-32-89658-2, Dominican Republic. Contact: info@myaicorp.com.

On the website, payments are processed by our authorised reseller, which acts as merchant of record: it charges you, issues the invoice and applies the taxes of your country. In the app, payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms.

What is included

LovDoku is free: you can play without an account and, with a free account, play the case of the day. LovDoku+ is a subscription that adds, while it is active:

LovDoku+ belongs to your account: it works on the website and in the app when you sign in with the same email, wherever you bought it.

Prices

Prices include applicable taxes. In the app, Apple and Google may show the price in your currency and adapt it to your country. If we ever change the price, we will tell you before the next renewal and you can cancel.

Free trial

The yearly plan starts with 7 free days. If you cancel before they end, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, the first year is charged on day 8.

Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) at the same price until you cancel it. You can cancel any time: if you bought on the website, in «My account» → «Manage subscription» or from the link in the payment email; if you bought in the app, in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. After cancelling, LovDoku+ stays active until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed.

Narrator packs for «Amores de libro»

Each story in the book comes with one narrator's audio for free, through its QR code. Packs add narrators for the whole volume: every story told by them, in an extended version. Prices (taxes included): 1 narrator €4.99, 2 narrators €7.99, all 5 narrators €12.99. If you already have a pack, you move to a bigger one paying only the difference. It is a one-time payment, with no renewal, and stays in your LovDoku account, the same on the website and in the app. Packs are not part of LovDoku+ and LovDoku+ is not part of the packs.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

On the yearly plan bought on the website you have 7 days from each charge to ask for a full refund, no questions asked: see the refund policy. The monthly plan and the narrator packs are not refundable. LovDoku+ and the packs are digital content delivered immediately: by starting to use them you agree to that immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union have. In-app purchases are refunded under Apple's or Google's rules.

Use of the account

The subscription is personal. We may suspend an account used to copy the cases on a large scale or to harm the service.

Changes to the service

We may improve or change the content of LovDoku+. If a change removes something important you paid for, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the owner, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection law gives you in your country of residence.
